I’ve been delivering for doordash for the past few days and it has got me out of the house enough to see some cool stuff.
Obviously most of the time I’m driving so I missed taking a photo of some even cooler stuff. Mainly I wanted to show y’all an immaculate Saab 900 two door coupe but it went by too quickly. Other than that rough convertible I saw a while back I never see these, much less on the road.
I also saw the first Mazda Millenia I’ve seen in a long time.
I haven’t seen a mk1 Golf on the road in a long time. Interesting wheel choice.
The same apartment complex which happened to be quite confusing. The two classic American cars are probably owned by the same person but don’t overlook the modded one to the left.
Not many Ford LTD sedans are still on the road. Well, not many Ford LTDs are still on the road but the coupes tend to be more prized.
Why are ice cream vans still sketchy late 70s - early 80s Chevy vans?
You never see International Harvester branded commercial vehicles anymore. Nevertheless this is the second IH Loadstar I’ve seen in a week.
Now this is a throwback. I like the mag wheels on it.
For some reason I continue to see two door Sentras semi regularly. Surprisingly I don’t seem to notice as many four doors.
I like this rig right here.
This tri tone green on faded black plastic with dare I say it tasteful vinyl woodgrain is somehow exactly what I want out of a Honda Element.
I missed the sunset in this photo, but it was one of the most stunning I’ve seen in a long time. The entire sky was lit up in every shade of gold imaginable, illuminating the cloud cover in stunning glory. It was a sight to bring tears to your eyes, looking upon the earth in its !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! splendor.

Those were some tough cars. Just look at how high it is off the ground in my picture.

Good looking Rabbit!
I, uh, need to put a motor together for mine. At least my excuse of “it’s locked up at the machinist, in engine jail” is valid. Ish.

I haven't seen a mk1 for ages. I think the last time I saw one on the road was when I saw that poor person trying to move in their Cabrio. Poor poor person. What life choices led you to that? (not you, engine jail is perfectly normal)

Moving with a Cabrio is fine. Moving with a Cabriolet, however, is insane.
I have that Cabriolet and my Rabbit. The Cabriolet is seeing summer daily service. It’s a horrible car in every way except fun.

I meant cabriolet. I really was just so confused when I saw the boxes piled above where the roof would go.

Surely that's too far even for you ;)
